FOCUS

Focus of the company Corporate / Commercial Interiors Practice:

  • Newly designed or renovations (office spaces within existing buildings or newly constructed buildings)
  • Building Lobbies  and other building core areas of existing or newly constructed buildings
  • Amenity spaces –  stand alone and to support our Corporate / Commercial Clients (conference, meeting, auditorium, dining, café, etc.)

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Attend new business presentations
  2. Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees
  3. Generate contractual agreements
  4. Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants
  5. Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review
  6. Prepare consultant RFP’s
  7. Generate project budgets and schedules
  8. Prime client interface during all phases of project
  9. Oversee project production and staffing projections
  10. Final red-line  review of construction documents
  11. Overall review of consultants' documents
  12. Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, additional services. Requests, payment requisitions, fee tracking, invoicing, and collections.
  13. Attend project meetings as required
  14. Coordinate bidding process, including responses to questions, interviews, bid review and analysis
  15. Coordinate responses to RFP's
  16. General coordination & management of designated project team
  17. Project close-out and sign-off
