The Engagement Manager provides leadership from project inception to completion.

This is a Senior-level appointment and will involve working directly with the company directors to drive the business forward with their extensive client base. The role has a direct route into a Director position over an established timeframe.

• Understands customer expectations and business goals
• Ensures the financial success of the engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
• Licensed in the State of New York
• 10+ years’ experience in healthcare architecture
• Experienced with New York Codes
• Strong communication and collaborations skills;     personable
• Facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong leadership
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in Project Management or related field
